Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of credit if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met by that date. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

You may close your 399pk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus funds and pending bonus winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. 399pk will process your closure request within five business days of receipt.
399pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration details; receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider; regulatory requirements; or at the direction of a licensing authority.
Upon termination for cause, 399pk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
